Cross Fields has just launched and is the first location to feature its new high-tech sales centres with the chance to “see” the homes before they’re built. Combined with viewing the show homes, buyers can enjoy a truly immersive experience. One eager buyer has already reserved their new home and the homebuilder is working with others hoping to move to Cross Fields. Area sales manager Imogen Suffell said:
We welcomed dozens of visitors during the opening weekend including existing homeowners who will be using our Move Simple scheme to sell so that they can buy here and first time buyers who are still saving for their deposits. We’ve received some fantastic positive feedback on the show homes. People loved the size of the rooms, that there was storage space and the finish of the properties. Cross Fields is our first development to feature game-changing technology which enables buyers to see the homes virtually before they’re built. People have been impressed at being able to take a 3D view of the homes and effectively ‘walk’ down the streets and around the development. They can even ‘step’ inside the homes and choose different specification options including flooring and the finish of the kitchen. It’s really helping to capture buyers’ imaginations and the excitement of buying a brand new home.
Cross Fields will eventually comprise 56 private sale properties in a mix of three and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached designs. They’re showcased by professionally styled and fully furnished examples of the three-bedroom Bretton and Appleton house types. The first homes at Cross Fields are expected to be ready to move into early next year.
