# New view home opens in Heywood
16 Feb 2026 [Anwyl Homes](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/author/anwyl-homes)
As building work progresses on new homes in Heywood, buyers are being offered a fresh insight into the designs.
We’ve now sold around 70% of the 120 properties at Whittle Brook Park, on Manchester Road.
The Newburgh house type is one of the most popular designs on the development and to help inspire buyers we’ve opened a view home in this style.
Area sales manager Imogen Suffell said: “The five-bedroom Whitworth and four-bedroom Higham show homes have played a part in the success of Whittle Brook Park, along with the 360' tours available via our website. We’ve welcomed dozens of homeowners and have sold out of some designs.
“We also appreciate that for some people, viewing in real life is still an important part of the homebuying journey, particularly as our homes in Heywood are bespoke to the location. We have a Newburgh-style property that’s fully built, furnished and accessorised. The new view home gives buyers a real insight into the layout and the quality and finish we offer.”
The Newburgh is a generously proportioned double-fronted detached home, priced from £480,995.
The living room is on one side of the hallway, spanning from the front to the rear of the property. An open plan kitchen/diner/family room is on the opposite side of the hallway, with French doors opening out to the garden. There’s also a separate utility and cloakroom.
Upstairs, all four bedrooms are doubles, with the main bedroom benefiting from an en-suite to complement the family bathroom.
Across Whittle Brook Park, we’re building three, four and five-bedroom homes. Current prices start from £308,995 for a three-bedroom Altham-style property.
They’re all designed to be energy efficient, with features including air source heat pumps and solar panels, plus electric vehicle charging points.
Whittle Brook Park is part of the wider West Hopwood scheme, which will eventually feature employment space, a local centre, a new primary school, extensive public open space and sports pitches.
The show homes and new view home are open 10 am to 5.30 pm Tuesday to Sunday and from noon to 5.30 pm on Mondays.
