Buyers offered early opportunity to secure a new home in Haydock

New homes in Haydock have been released for sale off plan ahead of schedule.

Amid high levels of interest in new homes at Sandon Gates, we held an exclusive preview event for potential purchasers at nearby Haydock Racecourse.

Selected properties are now available to reserve off plan via our Eagles Green development in Warrington.

Area sales manager Imogen Suffell said: “Hundreds of people have enquired about our new homes in Haydock and in response to demand we held a special preview event. It was the first opportunity for buyers to view the site and floor plans and learn more about the development from our friendly, experienced sales team. We’ve now added those plans and a wealth of resources to our website including immersive 3D house tours to help people imagine themselves living in a new home in Haydock.

“Construction on site is progressing well and we’re on track to open the temporary sales centre next month. But buyers don’t have to wait to secure a move here – they can reserve a new home now via our Eagles Green development. It’s around 20-minutes’ drive away, with show homes of some of the designs we’re building in Haydock.”

Located off Lodge Lane, Sandon Gates will see 122 new homes built across 11.5-acres of land.  There will be 85 homes for private sale at Sandon Gates, plus 18 homes for affordable rent and 19 for shared ownership. Current availability includes three and four-bedroom homes, with pre-launch prices from £331,995.

“Studying the site plan is a great way to identify exactly which home you want to purchase and taking early action usually means more choice in terms of the style of property and its position,”  Imogen explained.  “Homes are released for sale in line with the build programme and mortgage offer periods. If the property you want isn’t available yet, you may be able to make an early bird reservation, giving you first refusal on a home coming up for release.”

Our new homes will be among the most energy-efficient available, meaning household bills are likely to be lower than in an older property.

Heating and hot water will be provided by gas and solar panels, plus every home will have electric vehicle charging facilities.

There’s also no need to budget for repairs or renovations.

“Buying off plan means being able to customise your home inside. We offer an extensive selection of options when it comes to choosing things like the finish of the kitchen and the bathroom. Once you’ve made your decision you can sit back and relax while we install them,” Imogen added.  “There’s no need to source quotes from tradespeople, you won’t have to live around the work or make do with something someone else has chosen. Your new home will be exactly how you want it.”

The new homes are being built on the edge of an established residential area, with supermarkets, shops, coffee shops, and a gym all within a short walk. There’s a choice of “outstanding” and “good” primary and secondary schools within a mile, making Sandon Gates a great option for families.

Close to the East Lancashire Road and junction 23 of the M6 motorway, Liverpool and Manchester are both within easy reach. For more information about our new homes in Haydock and how you can take advantage of pre-launch prices see our website.
