The opening of Anwyl Homes’ new development in Bebington has generated strong local interest, with more than 100 visitors attending the launch weekend.

Queues formed outside the new sales office at Lottie Gardens as prospective buyers came to view plans, CGI imagery and details of the first homes to be released.

The initial homes available for early bird reservation include the one-bedroom Styal apartment, priced at £195,000, and the three-bedroom, three-storey Ellen, priced at £410,000. There is also a four-bedroom detached Cheltenham available to reserve, priced at £495,000, which is also laid out over three floors and has two en-suite bedrooms.

Thomas Bradley, senior sales manager at Anwyl Homes, said: “We were really pleased to welcome so many visitors to the launch of Lottie Gardens and meet so many members of the community. It was wonderful to see the level of local interest, with queues out the door and up the road at times.

“The event was the first chance we’ve had to meet potential purchasers. Many of those who visited were able to speak to our recommended financial advisors to begin the buying process. We look forward to helping them find their perfect property and secure their move.”

Lottie Gardens, named after celebrated Bebington-born sportswoman Lottie Dod, will feature a bespoke mix of one to four-bedroom homes with private gardens and off-road parking. The development will also retain a woodland area, with a new footpath connecting to St Andrews Road.

The new sales office is now open on-site Thursday to Monday, from 10am to 5.30pm. Show homes will open in early 2026.
