Christmas cheer at new community in Warrington

Anwyl Homes hosted The Greatest Show Home event at Eagles Green in Warrington

The magic of Christmas yet to come was celebrated at a new neighbourhood in Warrington during a special event.

Visitors to our Eagles Green development were treated to a performance from a local school choir and festive treats during the Greatest Show Home event. There was also a tombola and fundraising stall in aid of Derian House Children’s Hospice.

Head of regional marketing Phoebe Davies said: “Dozens of people attended our special festive event at Eagles Green where we’ve added some seasonal sparkle to the show homes. Guests included those who’ve already moved in and will soon be celebrating their first Christmas in their new home, plus potential purchasers. Children from Barrow Hall Primary School, which is less than a mile away from Eagles Green were in fine voice. They performed Christmas songs and tracks from The Greatest Showman in keeping with the Greatest Show Home theme of the event. It was great to see the children and their families at the event. Everyone entered into the Christmas spirit and enjoyed festive food platters, biscuit decorating and hot chocolate.

“We thank those who attended who gave generously to help raise much-needed funds for Derian House.”

Eagles Green is part of the wider Omega scheme regenerating the former 600-acre RAF Burtonwood airbase. The wider new neighbourhood includes a two-form entry primary school, 35-acre country park and a commercial hub.

For our part, we’re building 157 homes. Current availability includes two to five-bedroom properties, with prices from £339,995.

The homes are highly energy efficient and include electric vehicle charging points, and air source heat pumps.

Warrington town centre is less than 15-minutes’ drive away from Eagles Green, while easy access to the M62 makes it a great base for commuting to Liverpool and Manchester.

Show homes at Eagles Green are open daily from 10am to 5.30pm and from noon to 5.30pm on Mondays. For more information see our website.
