Chorlton new homes development marks halfway milestone

Demand for new homes in one of Manchester’s most sought-after suburbs has seen us pass the halfway point at Dalton Fields in Chorlton.

More than 50% of the 65 homes at the Wilbraham Road development have now been sold, with 28 properties occupied, and eight more reserved and due to be ready for their new owners shortly.

The milestone highlights strong demand for high-quality new homes in Chorlton, an area renowned for its vibrant community, independent businesses, green spaces and excellent links to Manchester city centre.

Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: "Reaching the halfway point at Dalton Fields is a significant achievement and reflects the enduring appeal of Chorlton as a place to live. Opportunities to buy a new home in the area are rare and buyers have seized the opportunity to own a high quality and energy efficient home here.

"Chorlton offers the best of both worlds. Residents can enjoy a vibrant neighbourhood atmosphere with cafés, restaurants and shops on their doorstep, while also benefitting from excellent connections into Manchester city centre and beyond.

"The development has attracted a wide range of purchasers, including professionals, growing families and those returning to the area who want to enjoy everything Chorlton has to offer in a modern home."

Other house types available provide a range of options for buyers seeking additional space for home working, entertaining or growing families.

With 15 homes currently released for sale and a further 14 yet to be released, prospective purchasers still have the opportunity to secure a home in this newly established neighbourhood.

Graeme added: "As more residents move in and the development continues to take shape, Dalton Fields is evolving into a thriving new community. With more than half of the homes now sold and limited opportunities remaining, we would encourage anyone interested in living in Chorlton to visit us and find out more."

Prices are from £599,995 for a four-bedroom home, with incentives such as Stamp Duty paid available on selected properties.
