Burscough buyers offered behind the scenes look at new homes

As the first homes at Priory Gardens, Burscough, go on sale (from November 28) Anwyl Homes is offering buyers “access all areas”. More than 200 people have already registered their interest in the homes and, with construction now underway, the number of enquiries is increasing. To help satisfy demand, Anwyl is making the first phase of properties available “off plan” and by appointment only, with a wealth of digital resources to help inform buyers including extensive behind the scenes access. Matthew Gould, head of sales for Buckshaw Village based Anwyl Homes Lancashire, said: “Anwyl Homes has a reputation as being a thoughtful homebuilder and we’ve given careful consideration to how we can empower buyers to have the confidence to reserve a new home off plan. “We have a wealth of resources to help people appreciate the layouts of our thoughtfully designed homes, including video tours available via our YouTube channel. We’re also offering buyers a real insight into the development via ‘Access All Areas’ by Anwyl. “Through the video footage there’s a chance for our customers to “meet” the developments award-winning site manager Chris Johnston and the sales team, plus other aspects they wouldn’t normally see during a traditional launch. The footage is certain to inspire buyers to want to make an appointment, find out more and make the next step on their home buying journey.” Anwyl has planning consent to build 267 new homes at Priory Gardens. The first phase will feature 87 homes, including a mix of three-bedroom semi-detached and detached designs and a selection of four-bedroom detached properties. Prices of homes in the first phase of the development will be announced at the launch. Every home at Priory Gardens will include an electric vehicle charging point and Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) broadband. The wider development will feature several landscaped swales, ponds and wetland areas together with a new park and landscaped public open space. Show homes at the development are due to open in the spring. Priory Gardens is part of the wider Yew Tree Park development, which will eventually comprise 580 homes, a care home, community centre and parkland. Plans for the new neighbourhood also include retail and industrial units, a soft play centre and a potential school site. Located almost equidistant to Preston and Liverpool, Burscough is a thriving community with shops, schools and services, including a sports and fitness centre, Tesco and Booths supermarkets. Burscough Wharf is home to eateries, an arts centre and artisan market; while nearby Ormskirk offers a further choice of shopping and leisure options. Two train stations locally provide direct services to Preston in less than 30 minutes, Manchester in around an hour, and via Ormskirk for Liverpool in 50 minutes. The first homes at Priory Gardens will be released for sale by appointment only from November 28. Find out more via www.anwyl.co.uk/priorygardens or call 01704 339072 to make an appointment.
