House to sell? Discover how to make a simple move to a new home in Lancashire

We are hosting a special “Move Simple” event on Thursday, October 6 from 5pm to 8pm across three developments... A move to an energy efficient new home in Lancashire could happen quickly and simply with the help of Anwyl Homes. The homebuilder is hosting a special “Move Simple” event on Thursday, October 6* from 5pm to 8pm across three developments – Priory Gardens, Burscough; Lawrence Gardens, Barton and Stonebridge Fold in Longridge. Over prosecco and grazing platters, visitors will be able to speak with Anwyl’s own homes advisors, experts from House to Home who’ll be able to help them sell their current property and financial advisors with access to the whole mortgage market.
Matthew Gould, sales director for Anwyl Homes Lancashire, said: “With winter fast-approaching and energy bills rising, the idea of moving to an energy efficient new home is more attractive than ever before. We also appreciate that once you’ve decided to move, you don’t want to be held back by your current property, which is why we’re hosting our Move Simple event. “With Move Simple it doesn’t matter if you’re moving to a larger, more expensive home or downsizing to somewhere more economical to run. The scheme is designed to help sellers achieve true market value as soon as practical. “Working with House to Home, we’ll instruct a reliable local agent to market the customer’s current property and ensure they achieve the best possible price. If that wasn’t enough, a sales progressor will liaise with all solicitors and third parties and manage the process on the customer’s behalf, plus we’ll even contribute towards their selling fees.”
Across the three developments there’s a good choice of four-bedroom detached homes, with prices from £344,995. Externally the homes look traditional, while inside they are designed with modern living in mind and generally more energy efficient than their older equivalents. “Saving energy and saving money have risen up people’s priorities in recent weeks, particularly as the cost of gas and electricity have soared,” Matthew added. “Every new Anwyl home guarantees a minimum EPC rating of B, some even higher, making them some of the most energy efficient on the market.” For more information about the Move Simple event on October 6*, see the event page.  To find out more about the developments see Priory Gardens, Stonebridge Fold or Lawrence Gardens. *The event was originally due to have been held on September 15 but was rescheduled as a mark of respect following the passing of Her Majesty The Queen
