Warton development nears a sell out

WITH almost 90% of our new homes in Warton now sold, buyers are being urged to act fast to avoid disappointment.

We’re nearing a sell-out at our Mill Green development, taking shape off Lytham Road. The majority of homes are now occupied. The final eight homes available include four different layout options.

To help buyers make an informed decision, we’ve opened two new show homes – examples of the three-bedroom mews Snowdon and the four-bedroom detached Cheltenham. The show homes are also for sale and ready to move into, with the chance to purchase with a furniture package.

Area sales manager Imogen Suffell said: “We’ve already sold and moved out of the original three-bedroom and four-bedroom show homes, which inspired many of our homeowners at Mill Green. We’re now offering buyers the chance to see inside two styles of townhouse – the Snowdon and Cheltenham and see how they could make the space work for them. Both homes are ready to move into and available with furniture selected by a professional interior designer to the ground floor and main bedroom, plus accessories and flooring throughout. We’ve also turfed the rear gardens to help homeowners make the most of their outside space this spring.”

The four-bedroom, two en-suite, Cheltenham is priced from £324,995. The lounge is at the front, with sociable combined kitchen, dining and family room at the rear. There’s also a practical laundry area and cloakroom to this level. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with en-suite, plus the family bathroom. The main bedroom with en-suite and fitted wardrobe, spans the entire top floor.

Designed to make the most of the footprint and the space available, the ground floor of the Snowdon is almost entirely open plan with combined kitchen, dining and living room, plus separate cloakroom. Two bedrooms and the family bathroom are on the first floor, with the main bedroom, including dressing area and en-suite spanning the entire second floor. It’s available from £237,995.

The other homes available at Mill Green include the three-bedroom semi-detached Bretton, priced from £224,995 and the three-bedroom semi-detached Longford, priced from £257,995.

“Data from the HBF suggests energy bills for a new house are 66% lower than an older equivalent,” Imogen added. “Plus, because they’re so efficient our homes are eligible to be purchased with green mortgages, which tend to offer more favourable rates than traditional mortgages.”

Our new homes in Warton are ideally placed, less than three miles, or a six-minute drive, from Lytham’s famous windmill, offering the best of coast and country living. There are also two primary schools within a mile.
