Double success celebrated as Crewe developments sell out

We’ve marked two major milestones with the completion of a duo of developments in Crewe.

Alexandra Gardens, off Sydney Road, and Queen's Meadow, in nearby Shavington, are both now sold out and the final homebuyers have moved in at each location.

Together, the two developments have delivered more than 330 new homes across the Crewe area, helping hundreds of buyers make their move while creating vibrant new communities with green spaces, play areas and energy efficient homes.

The sell-outs mark a significant milestone for us in Cheshire and come as we turn our attention to meeting continued demand with new developments in nearby Nantwich and Congleton.

The 84-home scheme attracted buyers seeking village living combined with easy access to Crewe and Nantwich.
