200th home reserved as demand continues at Burscough development

We’re celebrating a major milestone at a development in Burscough, where the 200th home has now been reserved.

The landmark was reached at our Priory Gardens venture, part of the wider Yew Tree Farm development, and highlights the strong demand for new homes in the area.

We’re building 380 homes in total across 20 acres of land, with 264 of those for private sale.
