We remain focused on keeping both our colleagues and customers safe, which is why we are carefully following Government guidelines in our Sales Centres.
Face masks are a legal requirement when visiting our Sales Centres in both Wales and England. We would also ask you to observe two metre social distancing — there'll be signage in our Sales Centres to remind you — and utilise hand sanitiser where necessary.
In order to guarantee your time with our experienced team is as safe as possible, we still recommend that you book an appointment when visiting our developments. You can do this online by visiting the relevant development page, or by phone. Of course, you are still welcome to drop in without an appointment, but you may have to wait if our Homes Advisor(s) is busy.
