Early action could see homebuyers in Ingol enjoy substantial savings thanks to a pre-show home incentive.

Pre-show home prices are from £294,995 for a three-bedroom detached Bunbury.
On a four-bedroom detached Lymm style property, priced at £358,995, the deposit contribution is worth almost £18,000.

“The offer of a 5% deposit contribution could make a significant difference to buyers,” Imogen added. “It could give them access to better mortgage rates, lowering their monthly repayments, opening up more options so that they can perhaps buy a larger home than they thought or move sooner,” Imogen added.
