# Deposit help offered to buyers in Ingol ahead of show homes opening

Early action could see homebuyers in Ingol enjoy substantial savings thanks to a pre-show home incentive.
For a limited time only we’re offering a 5% deposit contribution on all new homes at its [Walkers Glade](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/walkers-glade/) development.
Properties are currently being sold off plan, with show homes due to open next month.
Area sales manager Imogen Suffell said: “We have an ever-growing list of people interested in buying a new home in Ingol. The location is a big draw as more than half of the 27-acre site will be public open space. People also love the idea of being part of a new community and being able to make a fresh start as the first person to live in a home rather than inheriting someone else’s design choices. But while some have seized the opportunity to reserve off plan, many say they’re waiting to view the show homes before they buy. The reality is that in holding off, they could miss out – not just on their preferred home if someone else reserves it in the meantime, but on the chance to make substantial savings. Pre-show home prices and incentives are available on selected properties, with the chance for buyers to save thousands of pounds through our deposit contribution offer.”
Current availability at Walkers Glade includes three and four-bedroom homes. They’re among the most energy efficient available, potentially more than £600 a year cheaper to run than older properties, according to research by the HBF and Octopus Energy.
Pre-show home prices are from £294,995 for a three-bedroom detached Bunbury.
On a four-bedroom detached Lymm style property, priced at £358,995, the deposit contribution is worth almost £18,000.
A spacious home designed for modern living, the Lymm has a lounge at the front, with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, at the rear, with French doors leading to the garden. There’s also the practical convenience of a utility and cloakroom.
Upstairs, all four bedrooms are doubles. As the main bedroom benefits from an en-suite, the family bathroom serves the other three.
“The offer of a 5% deposit contribution could make a significant difference to buyers,” Imogen added. “It could give them access to better mortgage rates, lowering their monthly repayments, opening up more options so that they can perhaps buy a larger home than they thought or move sooner,” Imogen added.
“Alternatively, those who don’t need financial support but have a house to sell before they can buy somewhere new, could find we can help with that too. We’ll consider part exchange, where we effectively buy the customer’s home, or we can help them find a buyer with our Move Simple service.”
While homes at Walkers Glade are being sold off plan, there’s a wealth of resources available via our website and in the sales centre, including virtual tours of the streets within the development and inside individual homes.
The pre-show home offer of a 5% deposit contribution is available subject to terms and conditions for reservations made by August 15.
