**Welcome to the Anwyl Homes newsletter for Stonebridge Fold in Longridge.**
With Autumn approaching, it's time to embrace cosy evenings on the sofa and darker nights. Let's catch up on Stonebridge Fold.
Located in the vibrant town of Longridge, Stonebridge Fold offers a perfect blend of countryside charm and urban convenience. It's ideal for commuters, just 23 minutes from Preston and close to the M6 and M55. The development is within walking distance of supermarkets, schools, gyms, restaurants and local attractions like an independent gin distillery, providing a balanced lifestyle in a well-connected community.
We're excited to announce that we have a new homes adviser Jilly, who brings a wealth of expertise warmth and friendliness to Longridge. Jilly will be available to warmly welcome new and returning customers and have a plentiful supply of refreshments on hand for your enjoyment.

**Great news for homebuyers. **
Last month the Bank of England reduced the base rate to 5%! This means more affordable mortgage payments and a step closer to owning your dream home. If you’ve been concerned about affordability, now is a great time to revisit your plans. The rate cut could lead to lower mortgage rates, making it easier to find a home within your budget.
We encourage you to connect with one of our Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) for expert guidance on how this new rate could benefit you, whether you’re a first-time buyer or looking to upgrade.
Even if the home with the extra bedroom seemed out of reach, this change could open new possibilities. Don’t miss this opportunity, get in touch with us today to explore how the latest base rate can help you purchase your new home. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
