# Unlock a quick move to a new home in Warrington

Amove to a new home in Warrington could be just weeks away – even for those with a house to sell – with our help.
We’re hosting a movers’ event at its [Eagles Green](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/eagles-green/) development on Saturday, May 9, providing a one-stop shop to support homeowners looking to take their next step on the housing ladder.
Our homes advisors will be joined by moving experts, including local estate agents [Mark Anthony](https://www.markantonyestates.com/), moving specialists [Home Move Hub](https://homemovehub.co.uk/) and independent financial advisors.
There will also be the chance to enjoy pizza and prosecco “on the house”, view six examples of the homes available and learn how we can make moving easier with incentives including part exchange or Move Simple.
Sales director for Anwyl Homes Lancashire Matthew Gould explained: “We know that for many people, the biggest barrier to moving isn’t finding the right home but the process of selling their existing property. It can take dozens of viewings before you receive an acceptable offer when you sell the traditional way. The admin and legal side of the sale then usually take around 12 weeks or more. But it doesn’t have to be a long, drawn-out process. Join us at our movers’ event and you’ll enjoy a relaxed, feel-good afternoon and the first step towards life in your new home.
“We’ll have experts on hand to guide homeowners through their options, helping them decide if they want to trade their current property in towards the cost of their new home with part exchange or if they want to use Move Simple to secure a buyer. Typically, with Move Simple, sellers secure a buyer in two to four weeks. We manage the whole process from valuing the customer’s current home, finding the right buyer, to managing estate agents and even contributing towards their fees. Choose part exchange and the whole process is even quicker and smoother with a guaranteed cash buyer and no need to worry about being held back by complicated chains. You could be in your new Anwyl home in Warrington in as little as four to six weeks.”
Across Eagles Green, we’re building a good choice of properties suitable for a range of buyers and budgets. Current availability includes two to five-bedroom homes, with open market prices from £353,995.
During the event visitors will be able to view the professionally styled and fully furnished Penketh and Whittle show homes, plus finished examples of the Walton, Stockton, Croft and Longford house types.
They will also be able to use virtual reality technology to explore the development and individual homes.
Homes at Eagles Green benefit from a high specification as standard. Upgrades such as flooring throughout and turfed rear gardens, worth up to £14,000 are included in selected properties, offering a turnkey solution for movers.
Featuring heat pumps, electric vehicle chargers and optional solar panels, the homes are among the most energy efficient available and potentially more than £600 a year cheaper to run than older properties, according to research by the HBF and Octopus Energy.
The Eagles Green development is part of a wider new neighbourhood including a two-form entry primary school, 35-acre country park and a commercial hub.
Warrington town centre is less than 15-minutes’ drive away, while easy access to the M62 makes it a great base for commuting to Liverpool and Manchester.
The movers’ event takes place from noon to 5pm on Saturday, May 9.
