# Show homes for sale in Burscough
28 Jan 2026 [Anwyl Homes](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/author/anwyl-homes)
A trio of show homes is now on sale in Burscough, marking the latest milestone for our venture.
[Priory Gardens](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/priory-gardens) forms part of the wider Yew Tree Farm development. We’re building 380 homes in total across 20 acres of land, with 264 of those for private sale.
We acquired the site in early 2020 and secured planning for the first phase of homes that summer.
Three show homes - the four-bedroom Lymm, Ascot and Henley house styles – opened in spring 2021.
They’ve now been released for sale, offering buyers the rare opportunity of owning a professionally styled property.
Area sales manager Imogen Suffell said: “Our new homes in Burscough remain as popular now as when we launched the development, attracting a mix of locals and people relocating to the area.
“The show homes have played a pivotal role in the success of Priory Gardens, inspiring dozens of homebuyers including many who’ve replicated the specification choices in their own homes and in some cases mirrored the décor and colour schemes.
“Three lucky buyers will be able to achieve the designer look in a flash as the show homes are now for sale. Each has its own distinct look. The Lymm is a timeless classic, dressed in calming neutrals, while the Henley is styled in green tones and includes a cute mermaid themed child’s bedroom. Blush pink and wine tones feature in the Ascot, which includes a statement floral wallpaper on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms.”
The Lymm show home is available from £383,995, the Ascot from £424,995 and Henley from £458,995.
Across Priory Gardens, we have a range of three and four-bedroom homes available, with current prices from £310,995 for a three-bedroom detached Bunbury.
Incentives are available on selected properties, including a choice of a deposit contribution or Stamp Duty paid.
Alternatively, those who have a house to sell could use part exchange and effectively trade in their current property towards the cost of an energy efficient new home.
Homes at Priory Gardens are ideally placed with easy access to everyday essentials such as shops, schools and a Booths supermarket close by. The market town of Ormskirk is just 10 minutes away, while Preston, Liverpool and Manchester are all within easy commuting distance.
The show homes at Priory Gardens are open daily, from 10am to 5.30pm. For more information, call 01704 468 399 or visit our [website](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/priory-gardens).
