LANCASHIRE homebuyers are invited to enjoy a taste of things to come with a visit to new show homes with pizza “on the house”.
We’re celebrating the latest milestone at our Walkers Glade development in Ingol this Saturday (August 22) when buyers will be able to look inside two professionally styled and furnished show homes for the first time.
From 10am to 5pm prospective purchasers can view examples of the three-bedroom semi-detached Edgeworth and three-bedroom detached Bunbury house types.
They will also be able to explore the new neighbourhood virtually with the help of interactive touchscreen technology and speak to the friendly, experienced team about their options and the support available to help them move.
Free pizza will be served from noon.

At Walkers Glade, we currently have a choice of three and four-bedroom homes available, with five-bedroom properties in later phases of the development. Prices start from £309,995 for a three-bedroom Edgeworth like one of the show homes.
Set out over three floors, the Edgeworth is a stylish and spacious home designed with modern family living in mind.
The lounge is at the front and leads through to the combined kitchen and dining room, which in turn opens out onto the rear garden. A cloakroom completes the ground floor.

Plans for 164 new homes on land on Tanterton Hall Road, previously part of Ingol Golf Course, were unanimously approved by Preston City Council’s planning committee in February last year. Infrastructure works began last summer, with homes initially launched off plan in April.
More than half of the 27-acre site will be public open space and woodland, with a central play area set to provide a focal point for the new neighbourhood
During the planning process, we made a section 106 agreement to invest in the local community. This includes a contribution of more than £700,000 towards primary education, plus obligations on local employment skills and biodiversity net gain.
