# New view home opens its doors in Shavington
24 Sep 2025 [Anwyl Homes](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/author/anwyl-homes)
House hunters in Shavington can explore another of our designs after we opened a new view home at our Newcastle Road development.
Inside the ‘Snowdon’ view home at [Queen’s Meadow](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/queens-meadow/), which has been furnished to showcase the space, is the newly relocated new sales area, providing a welcoming hub where buyers can find out more about the final phase of two, three and four-bedroom homes available.
The three-storey [Snowdon](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/queens-meadow/snowdon-3/) townhouse is designed to suit buyers at every stage of life. Its open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is filled with natural light and leads out to the garden via French doors, while the top-floor main suite – complete with bedroom, en-suite and dressing area – creates a private retreat. Two further bedrooms and a family bathroom occupy the first floor, offering adaptable space for children, guests or a home office.
Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: “Following the release of our final phase, we’re excited to welcome visitors to explore our Snowdon view home at Queen’s Meadow. Accessorised and furnished, it really brings the layout to life, helping buyers picture how they might use the space; whether that’s for entertaining, homeworking or simply relaxing. With several new homes due for completion soon, there’s also the chance to move into a beautiful, energy-efficient property in time for Christmas.”
As part of our ‘Ready for You’ range, several plots at Queen’s Meadow are due for completion this autumn and will be ready to move into before the festive season. These include the Hawarden, Snowdon, Eccleston, Evesham and Oakmere house types, giving buyers the opportunity to enjoy a brand new home without the wait.
Adding to the appeal, and a rare find on a newly built development, just one [Hawarden](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/queens-meadow/hawarden/) bungalow remains available, priced at £284,995 and ideally located close to open green space.
Queen’s Meadow combines convenience and community, with local shops, schools and a pub within walking distance, while Nantwich and Crewe are only a short drive away. Every home includes sustainable features such as solar panels, A-rated boilers, EV charging points and enhanced insulation, making them among the most energy-efficient properties available locally.
Prices at Queen’s Meadow start from £284,995 for the Snowdon and Hawarden house types. Four-bedroom homes start from £384,995. The new sales centre is open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
