Sales of our new homes in Warrington are flying – with around half of properties being built at a former RAF base now sold.
Eagles Green forms part of the wider Omega scheme regenerating the former 600-acre RAF Burtonwood airbase.
We initially launched Eagles Green off plan in spring 2025 ahead of show homes opening last autumn.

Open market prices range from £353,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Woolston 2+ up to £674,995 for a five-bedroom detached Walton.
For those who want a quick move, a three-bedroom semi-detached Penketh is complete and ready to move into, priced from £364,995.
Selected properties are available with a choice of incentives including a deposit contribution, Stamp Duty paid or part exchange.
The homes all benefit from a high specification as standard and are among the most energy efficient available thanks to a combination of heat pumps, electric vehicle chargers and optional solar panels. Because of their energy efficiency, they can potentially be purchased with green mortgages, which may offer better rates or cash back.
