The opening of our new show home has given prospective buyers the chance to take a closer look at one of Nantwich's newest residential developments. 

We’ve opened the doors at [Weaver Forge](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/weaver-forge/) at Maylands Park, with 24 potential purchasers taking advantage of our exclusive "muddy boots tours" over the launch weekend to view part-built plots.

The tours, led by our site team, gave visitors a unique opportunity to step onto the construction site and explore homes at various stages of the build process before experiencing the newly opened four-bedroom Cartmel show home.

Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: "We had a fantastic response to the opening of our show home at Weaver Forge. The combination of the professionally styled show home and our ‘muddy boots tours’ gave visitors a complete picture of what life at the development could look like.

"Visitors appreciated the opportunity to go ‘behind the scenes’ and hear directly from our site team to learn more about the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into every Anwyl home.

"Most importantly, we've already seen strong follow-up interest from prospective buyers, which demonstrates the appeal of both the homes and the wider community we're creating here in Nantwich."

Weaver Forge forms part of the wider Maylands Park community and offers a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes on the edge of Nantwich. The development combines modern, energy efficient designs with convenient access to the town and surrounding countryside.

Prices at Weaver Forge start from £299,995.

The Cartmel show home and sales centre are now open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
