# Launch success for new homes near Lytham
10 Feb 2022 [Amy Lloyd](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/author/amy-lloyd)
Dozens of buyers have taken early action and viewed show homes just a mile from Lytham. Anwyl Homes has just launched [Mill Green](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/mill-green/) in Warton – the company’s first development on the Fylde peninsula, where a three-bedroom semi-detached Bretton and a four-bedroom detached Ascot are available to view. Trainee sales manager Imogen Suffell explained:
> We hosted a VIP exclusive preview to those who registered their interest in the homes at Mill Green before we opened the doors to the wider public. We’ve had some really positive feedback – people love the show homes and are keen to move here. We’ve already taken a number of reservations and are looking forward to welcoming the first residents to their new homes in the first quarter of the new year.
The homes are attracting a combination of people already living locally and those looking to relocate to the Fylde coast, including people who want to live near Lytham without the premium price tag homes there command. Mill Green offers a choice of three bedroom semi-detached and detached designs, plus four-bedroom detached homes. Current prices are from £219,995 for a Bretton style home. Prices for four-bedroom homes start from £289,995 for a Lymm style property with integral garage. A spacious family home, the Lymm features an open-plan kitchen/dining room with elegant French doors opening out onto the rear garden. The homely lounge is at the front, providing a relaxing space. A utility and cloak room add practical touches to this home. Upstairs, all four bedrooms are generously proportioned, with the main bedroom benefitting from fitted wardrobes, plus en-suite to complement the family bathroom. All of the homes at Mill Green enjoy an enviable specification as standard, including Symphony kitchen with a choice of worktops and cupboard units, a five-ring gas hob, cooker hood, double oven and integrated fridge freezer. Downlights also come as standard to the kitchen area as well as the bathroom and en-suite. Buyers can also select from a choice of floor tiling or Karndean to the bathroom and en-suite as well as half height wall tiling in the bathroom. Located off Lytham Road, the homes at Mill Green blend coast and country in a semi-rural village setting, close to the sought-after Lancashire town of Lytham. Show homes at the development are open Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5.30pm for more information see [www.anwyl.co.uk/millgreen.](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/mill-green/) A Lymm style show home is available to view at [Priory Gardens](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/priory-gardens/) in Burscough.
