New homes in Haydock will be showcased at a special launch event on Saturday, June 20.
We’re inviting buyers to the opening of a sales centre at our Sandon Gates development off Lodge Lane.
Visitors will be able to enjoy barista-style coffee and sweet treats as they take virtual tours of the new neighbourhood and speak to the friendly, experienced sales team about the homes and the support available to make moving simple.
Area sales manager Amy Houlihan said: “The sales centre opening on site at Sandon Gates is an exciting step as it’s the first chance for buyers to visit where they could soon be living. Up until now, the sales team has been based at Eagles Green in nearby Warrington, where the show homes are similar to the homes we’re building in Haydock. The sales centre at Sandon Gates will include immersive virtual reality technology, including 3D tours, helping bring the floor plans to life so that visitors can imagine their future home.”
There will be 85 homes for private sale at Sandon Gates, in a choice of two, three and four-bedroom designs.
Show homes at the development are expected to open towards the end of the year.
Pre-show home prices start from £331,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Penketh and range up to £471,995 for a four-bedroom detached Grappenhall.
“The sales launch event is the perfect opportunity for homebuyers to learn about the homes available now and when other properties are due to be released for sale in line with the build programme,” Amy added.
“They’ll also be able to speak to our team of experts about when they could realistically move, depending on their circumstances, and how we may be able to support them in selling their existing property.”
Our new homes in Haydock are among the most energy efficient available, meaning buyers should enjoy lower bills. Heating and hot water will be provided by gas and solar panels, plus every home will have electric vehicle charging facilities.
Currently being sold off plan, buyers will be able to select from a range of options and upgrades to personalise their new home before moving in.
The development is taking shape on the edge of an established residential area, with supermarkets, shops, coffee shops, and a gym all within a short walk. There’s a choice of “outstanding” and “good” primary and secondary schools within a mile, making Sandon Gates a great option for families.
Close to the East Lancashire Road and junction 23 of the M6 motorway, Liverpool and Manchester are both within easy reach.
The sales centre at Sandon Gates opens on Saturday, June 20 and will then be open 10am to 5.30pm Thursday to Sunday and noon to 5.30pm on Monday.
