# Lancashire homeowners achieve a simple move with Anwyl

 Anwyl homes is delivering on a promise to help homeowners sell up and move to a new home in Lancashire. Using the homebuilder’s [Move Simple](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/buying-with-anwyl/move-simple-scheme/) scheme, the vast majority of customers’ homes have achieved the full asking price over the last four years. And, typically, it takes just two to four weeks for them to secure a buyer. Matthew Gould, sales director for Buckshaw Village-based Anwyl Homes Lancashire, said:
> “Because we’re predominantly building family-sized homes many of our customers have a house they need to sell before they can buy a brand new home. Through our partnership with House to Home, we’ve had great success in helping homeowners secure a buyer quickly and achieve full market value. Around 97% of our customers have achieved the full asking price or more for their existing home, and in a matter of weeks.
> “The beauty of Move Simple over part exchange is that they don’t need to be buying a house that is valued significantly higher than the one they are selling. They could be downsizing, upsizing or moving sideways, simply for the ease of living and energy efficiency that a new build home offers.”
Anwyl’s Move Simple scheme is available across Lancashire including at Stonebridge Fold in Longridge; Cross Fields in Catterall; Mill Green in Warton and Priory Gardens in Burscough, plus Winnington Place in Winnington, Cheshire. Lucy Parker, managing director of House to Home, said:
> “We’ve helped dozens of Anwyl customers sell their old homes quickly and simply at market value within a timeframe to reserve a new home. Selling in this way can help homeowners save time and money. We’re proud of our success rate – 92% of our sales go through first time, which is much higher than across the wider housing market.”
> Matthew added: “Through Move Simple we work with House to Home to instruct a reliable local agent and market the property the customer wants to sell. We’ll work behind the scenes to ensure they achieve the best possible price, with a sales progressor liaising with the solicitors and third parties to manage the process on the customer’s behalf.”
