We initially teamed up with Astley and Buckshaw Junior Football Club’s Under Sevens’ White team and have followed them up to the Under Nine’s League. A £600 sponsorship package has kitted out the team for the Mid Lancs Junior Colts League. Team coach Roger Thompson, who works as a designer manager for us, said: “The club celebrated its 20th anniversary last year and unveiled a new crest, which is on the Under Nines’ White Team kit along with the Anwyl logo. Sponsorship from local businesses like Anwyl is crucial to grassroots sports teams as without a match kit we can’t play. Anwyl’s continued support means we’re able to continue to play.” Astley and Buckshaw Junior Football Club has over 40 qualified coaches who support hundreds of children from age four upwards to play football on a weekly basis. The club plays and trains at Westway Sports Hub, Chorley, less than three miles from our Lancashire headquarters at Buckshaw Village and around four miles from our Parr Meadows development in Eccleston. For more information about the club see [their website](https://www.abjfc.co.uk/) or for details about Anwyl see our [website](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/). ##### Topics [Community](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/tag/community) ## Homebuyer advice [See more](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/tag/homebuyer-advice) [![Father & Son ready to watch the football](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/hubfs/_MG_0170_edit.jpg)](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/anwyl-mortgage-finance-update-news-june-2026) [Homebuyer Advice](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/tag/homebuyer-advice) 8 Jun 2026 ### [Anwyl Mortgage & Finance Update News: June 2026](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/anwyl-mortgage-finance-update-news-june-2026) [Read more](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/anwyl-mortgage-finance-update-news-june-2026) [![](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/hubfs/Anwyl%20homes%20Lifestyle%20TSCCC0723-7.jpg)](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/mortgage-guide-for-first-time-buyers) [Homebuyer Advice](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/tag/homebuyer-advice) 1 Jun 2026 ### [Mortgage guide for first-time buyers](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/mortgage-guide-for-first-time-buyers) [Read more](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/mortgage-guide-for-first-time-buyers) [![](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/hubfs/Plot_051_Altham_StreetView515.jpg)](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/why-buying-a-new-home-near-manchester-beats-renting) [Homebuyer Advice](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/tag/homebuyer-advice), [Blog](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/tag/blog) 18 May 2026 ### [Why buying a new home near Manchester beats renting](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/why-buying-a-new-home-near-manchester-beats-renting) [Read more](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/why-buying-a-new-home-near-manchester-beats-renting) [![Wirral](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/hubfs/TSC_AnwylAreaDrone_SE-27.jpg)](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/best-places-to-live-on-the-wirral) [Community](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/tag/community), [Homebuyer Advice](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/tag/homebuyer-advice) 27 Apr 2026 ### [Best places to live on the Wirral](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/best-places-to-live-on-the-wirral) [Read more](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/best-places-to-live-on-the-wirral) ### Share [![Share on facebook](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/facebook-color.png?width=24&name=facebook-color.png)](http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.anwylhomes.co.uk%2Fblog%2Fjunior-based-football-team-scores-hatrick-of-sponsorship%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dfacebook) [![Share on linkedin](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/linkedin-color.png?width=24&name=linkedin-color.png)](http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.anwylhomes.co.uk%2Fblog%2Fjunior-based-football-team-scores-hatrick-of-sponsorship%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dlinkedin) [![Share on twitter](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/x-twitter-color.png?width=24&name=x-twitter-color.png)](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?original_referer=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.anwylhomes.co.uk%2Fblog%2Fjunior-based-football-team-scores-hatrick-of-sponsorship%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dtwitter&url=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.anwylhomes.co.uk%2Fblog%2Fjunior-based-football-team-scores-hatrick-of-sponsorship%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dtwitter&source=tweetbutton&text=) ### You might also like [![](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/hubfs/Chorley%20CC%20U10s%20Squad.jpg)](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/junior-cricket-team-sponsorship) #### [Junior cricket team sponsorship](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/junior-cricket-team-sponsorship) [![](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/hubfs/Anwyl%20area%20sales%20manager%20Amy%20Houlihan%20visits%20Girls%20Friendly%20Society%20in%20Heywood.jpg)](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/weve-buddied-up-with-girls-friendly-society-in-heywood) #### [We've buddied up with Girls' Friendly Society in Heywood](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/weve-buddied-up-with-girls-friendly-society-in-heywood) [![](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/HTB-House-Partt-2.png)](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/house-party-makes-finding-a-new-home-fun) #### [House Party makes finding a new home fun](https://blog.anwylhomes.co.uk/blog/house-party-makes-finding-a-new-home-fun) [Facebook F icon Facebook](https://en-gb.facebook.com/anwylhomes/) [Instagram icon Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/anwyl.homes/) [TikTok icon TikTok](https://www.tiktok.com/@anwylhomes) [YouTube icon YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCUgxpA26TejhlXl0rFtlPkg) Explore Anwyl -
