Bold designs and energetic use of colour are capturing buyers’ attention in new show homes in Warrington and now the team behind them are sharing their top tips.
We opened the showcase properties at our Eagles Green development last month.
Visitors love the looks created by Show Business Interiors and are curious how to recreate them in their own homes.
Design account manager Alix Riding said: “The Penketh is a modern three-bedroom family home, set out over three floors. We’ve styled this home for a creative family of food lovers and travellers, with free energetic use of colour. Framed panelling and artwork infuse each room with personality, while wall-to-ceiling paint bands create bold, contemporary features that tie the colour palette together.
“There’s a fun dinosaur-themed bedroom, designed to spark imagination and adventure. The space includes a bespoke sunshine and cloud desk crafted by our team; a personal touch that blends playfulness with craftsmanship. The room adds an extra layer to the home’s palette through soft blues and greens, ensuring the design feels cohesive yet full of life, infusing the home with renewed energy and vibrancy.”
A three-bedroom semi-detached Penketh, like the show home, can be purchased from £384,995.
The designers have imagined a creative family who value art, music, and self-expression live in the four-bedroom detached Whittle.
The colour palette is a mix of warm neutrals and earthy browns, charcoal and greens, paired with pops of cobalt blue to break traditional boundaries, balancing comfort and sophistication while adding vibrancy.
“We’ve used bold design choices and texture to express individuality. Colour is injected in a stylish, considered way through commissioned artwork, pinstripes, abstract prints and statement wallpapered ceilings,” Alix explained.
“In bedroom two we’ve created a bold, arty space with an illuminated headboard, wallpapered ceiling and a cobalt blue headboard and divan. The vibrant tones and layered textures create an energetic and expressive feel that reflects creativity and confidence.”
Bedroom three features a chalkboard-finish backdrop, vinyl displays above the desk area, and other music iconography, including a record player; the perfect setting for someone with a passion for music.
The fourth bedroom has been styled as a photography-themed office, featuring refined industrial furniture that blends eclectic style with an urban edge. Industrial frames display a curated collection of vintage cameras.
A four-bedroom detached Whittle, like the show home, is available from £505,995.
Across Eagles Green, we’re building 157 new homes, with current prices from £294,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Sankey.
Offering interiors inspiration for homeowners, Alix advised: “Anchor spaces with a base neutral, then introduce bolder colours through key pieces and accents for personality that can grow with the family.”
Eagles Green is part of the wider Omega scheme regenerating the former 600-acre RAF Burtonwood airbase. The wider new neighbourhood includes a two-form entry primary school, 35-acre country park and a commercial hub.
Warrington town centre is less than 15-minutes’ drive away from Eagles Green, while easy access to the M62 makes it a great base for commuting to Liverpool and Manchester.
Show homes at Eagles Green are open Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5.30pm and from noon to 5.30pm on Mondays. For more information see our website.
