House hunters in Nantwich are being offered an exclusive chance to see homes under construction
We’re opening a show home at Weaver Forge at Maylands Park on Saturday, October 3, and inviting visitors to book a "muddy boots tour", offering a rare opportunity to venture onto an active building site.
Led by our site team, the guided tours will showcase homes at different stages of the build process, from foundations through to more advanced phases.
It will help prospective purchasers understand what goes into building a new home while allowing them to picture themselves becoming part of the new community.
Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: "Buying a new home is one of the most significant decisions people make, but many purchasers never get the opportunity to see what happens behind the scenes before they move in.
"Our muddy boots tours will give visitors an insight into the planning and craftsmanship involved in creating a new home, while allowing them to meet the people working on site and ask questions about the construction process.
"We hope the tours will help prospective buyers better understand the quality that goes into every Anwyl home. They can then take a look around our professionally styled show home, helping to complete the picture."
Visitors will hear directly from our site team about the different stages of construction, typical build timescales and the benefits of modern new homes, including energy efficient features such as improved insulation, solar panels and electric vehicle charging points.
Two pre-bookable tour sessions will take place on the day, at 10am and 11.30am, with places limited.
Guests will receive a site safety briefing and be provided with all necessary personal protective equipment, including hard hats, high-vis vests and steel toe-capped boots. Due to health and safety requirements, tours will be restricted to visitors aged 16 and over.
The new four-bedroom Cartmel show home and sales centre will be open to all visitors throughout the day, including those not participating in the muddy boots tours, with our sales team on hand to provide information about available homes.
Weaver Forge forms part of the wider Maylands Park community and features a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes in a sought-after location on the edge of Nantwich. Prices are currently from £299,995 to £544,995.
