With the first residents preparing to move into a new neighbourhood in Ingol and show homes now open, buyers are being invited to learn how they could soon be joining them.
We’re hosting a movers’ event at our Walkers Glade development on Tanterton Hall Road on Saturday, September 26.
During the event, visitors will be able to view the two professionally styled show homes and virtually explore the new neighbourhood, which will include acres of open space. It will also be an opportunity to learn how we can make moving easier with incentives including part exchange or Move Simple. Our sales team will be joined by a panel of experts including estate agents and financial advisors.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to perfect their own sweet treat at a ‘choose your own’ brownie station.
Area sales manager Imogen Suffell said: “Dozens of people visited Walkers Glade over the launch weekend, including those who’d already reserved and will soon be moving in, plus others who wanted to see inside before committing to buy. The feedback has been fantastic. Visitors loved the size of the homes and the layouts – some were surprised by the amount of space. We’ve also had positive comments about the décor. The Bunbury has a very country feel to it and includes a fire
provided by local business Burning Desires, based in Fulwood. In contrast, the Edgworth is very colourful, bright, modern and edgy.
“We’ve now sold nine homes in Ingol and we’re also working with a number of people who want to move here and exploring how we can support them. With that in mind, we’re hosting a movers’ event. It’s an opportunity to explore the show homes, speak to our sales team and experts including estate agents Dewhurst Homes, Home Move Hub and an independent financial adviser. Between them, they’ll be able to answer any questions about selling, buying, mortgages and more.”
Current availability at Walkers Glade includes three and four-bedroom homes, with prices from £299,995 for a three-bedroom detached Bunbury style property.
A three-bedroom semi-detached Edgeworth, like one of the show homes, is ready to move into, from £309,995.
Set out over three floors, the Edgeworth is a stylish and spacious home designed with modern family living in mind.
The lounge is at the front and leads through to the combined kitchen and dining room, which in turn opens out onto the rear garden. A cloakroom completes the ground floor.
