We’ve officially completed our popular development in Handforth, which has brought 224 new homes to one of Cheshire’s most sought-after postcodes.
Launched in 2019, The Fairways has transformed 21 acres of land into a vibrant new community ranging from stylish one-bedroom apartments to spacious detached five-bedroom family homes.
Its location, off Meriton Road and neighbouring Styal Golf Course, is just under 10 miles south of Manchester city centre, making it a leafy and commuter-friendly place to live. This, coupled with the homes’ attractive design and enhanced specification, ensured The Fairways’ popularity throughout its five-year build programme.
