# Free expert advice, more to see and seasonal treats on the house in Congleton

Homebuyers in Congleton are invited to join us for a special open house event.
Taking place at [Elmy Fields](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/elmy-fields/) from 11am to 3pm on Saturday, November 7 it will be a chance to view the professionally styled and fully furnished three-bedroom [Birkdale](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/elmy-fields/birkdale-7/) and the four-bedroom [Cartmel](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/elmy-fields/cartmel-3/). Plus, for the first time we’ll be opening the doors to a finished example of the four-bedroom detached [Oakmere](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/elmy-fields/oakmere-8/), one of the largest new homes we’re building in Congleton.
During the event, our sales team will be joined by a host of experts who can support buyers in making a move including local estate agent Stephenson Browne.
We’ll also be serving up seasonal treats “on the house” including items from Ginger and Pickles Bakery, plus toffee apples and hot chocolate.

The double fronted Oakmere features a spacious lounge on one side of the hallway, with a study, ideal for home-working on the opposite side. Current prices start from £279,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached home.
