# First residents move in and show home interiors revealed at Bebington development

The first residents have moved into our new development in Bebington.
The milestone marks an exciting new chapter for Lottie Gardens, off Quarry Road East, with homeowners now settling into the blossoming community.
Those hoping to join them can take inspiration from our Ellen and Cheltenham show homes, either in person or with the aid of newly released photos of the properties.
The pictures highlight the contemporary specification and spacious layouts buyers can expect from our homes, helping visitors imagine themselves living at the development.
Graeme Gibb, sales director at Anwyl Homes, said: "It's always a proud moment to welcome the first residents to a new development and see a community begin to take shape.

Named after celebrated Bebington-born sportswoman Lottie Dod, the development offers a bespoke mix of one to four-bedroom homes designed for modern living.
The professionally styled Ellen and Cheltenham show homes have been dressed to highlight the potential of the living spaces, combining contemporary décor with warm, welcoming touches.

Beyond the interior design ideas, visitors can explore the high-quality specification, energy-efficient features and attention to detail that are hallmarks of every Anwyl home.
Lottie Gardens is transforming land previously part of Unilever's former Port Sunlight Research & Development facility into a vibrant new residential neighbourhood.
Each home benefits from a private garden and off-road parking, while a mature woodland area is being retained and enhanced with a new footpath connection to St Andrews Road.
Located close to Bebington's shops, schools and amenities, the development also offers excellent access to other parts of the Wirral, Liverpool and Chester via the A41 and M53.
