Just two homes remain for sale at our development in Holmes Chapel.

Victoria Mills has been hugely popular since its launch in June 2021 and buyers who wish to become part of a blossoming new community are being urged to act quickly.

The final duo at our Macclesfield Road venture are a three-bedroom semi-detached Bretton and a four-bedroom semi-detached ‘Euxton’, both offering plenty of space for growing families.

Since opening we’ve seen an average of three reservations a month and have now sold 137 of the properties. The development is on course to be build complete in early 2025.

George Jackson Avenue and James Walker Drive are named after the founders of the Holmes Chapel Wall Paper Company, which originally occupied the land we have developed. A third new road is called Henry Cotton Way in honour of legendary golfer Sir Thomas Henry Cotton, who lived in a house on the site as a young child.
