# Final two homes at Deva Green Chester

Just two homes remain for sale at our popular Chester development where former university land has been transformed into a sought-after new neighbourhood.
[Deva Green](http://www.anwyl.co.uk/deva), off Clifton Drive, is nearing completion, with the final properties now released for sale.
The last remaining homes available are a three-bedroom Bunbury and a four-bedroom detached Evesham. Both will be ready to move into by the end of June for homebuyers seeking a summer move.
Since launching in 2022, Deva Green has delivered 142 properties in a mix of two, three and four-bedroom designs, alongside green open space, new wildlife habitats and investment in the local area.
Graeme Gibb, sales director for [Anwyl Homes](http://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/) Cheshire and North Wales, said:
“Deva Green has been incredibly popular from the outset, and we’ve seen strong demand throughout the build programme. We’re now down to the final two homes, which really does mark the last chance for people to buy a new build home here.
“This development has created a new community in a highly sustainable location, within easy reach of Chester city centre, and that’s been a big draw for buyers.”
Developing a 13-acre brownfield site – previously Sealand Road playing fields – for a residential scheme has delivered much-needed new homes and an economic boost for the area.
As part of the project, we’ve contributed funding towards local infrastructure, including education, highways and improvements to nearby playing fields. We also shared a voluntary £5,000 community fund between six local community groups, including Soul Kitchen, Kids Bank, Live! Cheshire, St Marks Brownies, NW Panthers netball team and the City of Chester Swimming & Water Polo Club.
The homes available reflect a range of buyer needs. The Bunbury is a three-bedroom property suited to first-time buyers, downsizers or smaller families, while the larger four-bedroom Evesham offers a flexible, open-plan layout for growing families, including space for home working.
Graeme added: “One of the key reasons buyers have been attracted to Deva Green is the balance it offers – you’re close enough to walk into the city or to everyday amenities, but you still have green space around you.
“With the development almost complete, the final buyers can look forward to becoming part of an established community.”
Deva Green is within walking distance of the Greyhound Retail Park, which features supermarkets, a gym, restaurants and shops, as well as Chester’s historic city centre via Sealand Road and the Millennium Greenway.
With demand expected to remain high, prospective buyers are being encouraged to act quickly to secure one of the last two available properties. The Bunbury is priced at £339,995 and the Evesham at £394,995.
