# Final countdown for our Crewe Development

Just six homes remain for sale at Alexandra Gardens in Crewe as our development enters its final stage.
Now nearing completion, the [Sydney Road development](http://www.anwyl.co.uk/alexandra), has delivered a total of 249 properties meeting local demand from first time buyers, families and downsizers looking for an energy efficient new home.
Thomas Bradley, senior sales manager for [Anwyl Homes](http://www.anwylhomes.co.uk) Cheshire and North Wales, said: “We’re now very close to completing our development at Alexandra Gardens, although we still have a good choice of different house types, in a range of three and four-bedroom designs. Most of the remaining homes are already built so are available for a fast move for those who want to be a part of the new community that’s blossomed here.”

Around the new homes are open spaces and a new play area, making it a great place for families. Alexandra Gardens is also close to a range of popular schools, including the Monks Coppenhall Academy and Day Nursery, which is just a 15-minute walk away. Kids Planet Day Nursery is a two-minute walk along Sydney Road.
Thomas added: “Homebuyers have moved to Alexandra Gardens for many reasons. It’s really close to Crewe’s excellent transport links and local amenities as well as some great local schools and nurseries. But time is running out for homebuyers to find their ideal home here and we’d urge anyone to get in touch now.

The final new homes at Alexandra Gardens includes a choice of three and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes, with prices from £264,995.
There are shops, food and drink, and leisure facilities close by, while Alexandra Gardens is also perfect for commuters with handy access to the M6 motorway and links from Crewe train station to London Euston in 1.5 hours, and to Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester and Chester in under an hour.
