# End of an era as Rhyl homes near sell-out

Just one home on the fifth and final phase of Parc Aberkinsey in Rhyl remains for sale.
The three-bedroom semi-detached Bretton house type is the last of 100+ homes at our popular development.
Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: “It really is the end of an era. This is the fifth and final phase of homes at [Parc Aberkinsey](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/parc-aberkinsey/). Work on this wave started on January 2021 and in response to demand we released the first homes for sale off plan just a few months later. We launched show homes in January 2022 and by March last year we’d sold half of the properties. We’ve maintained a steady sales rate and we’re now fast approaching a sell-out, with the show homes already sold. The final home available is a Bretton style property with underfloor heating.”
Priced from £242,995, the Bretton is a home that appeals to a range of purchasers including first-time buyers, families and downsizers.
At the heart of this home is an open-plan kitchen and dining room, with French doors opening out to the garden. It’s complemented by a spacious lounge at the front. There’s also a cloakroom and storage.
Upstairs, two of the three bedrooms are doubles. The main bedroom has an en-suite, leaving the family bathroom to serve two of the bedrooms.
Across the development, we have provided a range of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes in a mix of mews, semi-detached and detached styles.
Linked to the new homes in Rhyl, we have agreed on a series of contributions to support the growth of the neighbourhood during the planning process. This includes £416,000 towards local primary education, £48,000 towards secondary education, and funding for an off-site play area of over £36,000.
The homes benefit from being on the edge of an established residential community with all of the amenities of Rhyl close by, while enjoying an open aspect and views over the surrounding countryside and farmland.
