A newly launched development in Ingol has proved an instant success, with four homes reserved off plan.
We recently opened a temporary sales centre at Walkers Glade, on Tanterton Hall Road, where a new neighbourhood is taking shape set amid acres of open space.
Area sales manager Imogen Suffell said: “We’ve had a positive response to the launch of our new homes in Ingol. Many of the enquiries we’ve received are from people working at nearby Royal Preston Hospital. The 114 private sale homes being built at Walkers Glade include a good selection of three, four and five-bedroom semi-detached and detached designs.
They’re currently being sold off plan, with prices from £299,955 for a three-bedroom detached Bunbury style property.
Ahead of show homes opening in late summer/ early autumn buyers will be able to use virtual reality technology to “explore” the leafy setting and individual homes.

The homes at Walkers Glade are among the most energy efficient available and will include electric vehicle charging points. They’re potentially more than £600 a year cheaper to run than older properties, according to research by the HBF and Octopus Energy.
