# Eagerly awaited show homes opening in Warrington

Building on the “off plan” success of our new homes in Warrington, we’re opening show homes this weekend.
A dozen eager buyers have seized the early opportunity to reserve new homes at [Eagles Green](https://www.anwylhomes.co.uk/our-developments/eagles-green/) “off plan”, with many more keenly awaiting show homes.
Potential purchasers will be able to enjoy their first look inside the show homes from Saturday, October 4.
Area sales manager Amy Houlihan said: “We’ve had a really positive response to Eagles Green and are excited to be giving buyers their first look inside show homes. This development features bespoke house types and so people are curious about the designs. We’ve enlisted professional interior designers to help showcase the properties so people can imagine themselves living here. We’re confident they will love the layout, quality and finish of the homes. They’re all being built with adaptable living in mind with features such as wide halls and doorways. These are practical features that can benefit those who need an accessible home.”
Our 157-home development is part of the wider Omega scheme regenerating the former 600-acre RAF Burtonwood airbase.
There are 14 house types for buyers to choose from, with everything from one-bedroom designs to substantial five-bedroom family homes.
Current prices start from £294,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Sankey style property.
The show homes are examples of the three-bedroom semi-detached Penketh and four-bedroom detached Whittle.
The Penketh offers 1,172 sq ft of living space, set out over three floors.
There’s a combined kitchen and dining room at the front, with the living room at the rear of the property with French doors opening out to the garden. A cloakroom completes the ground floor.
Two bedrooms and the family bathroom are on the first floor. The primary suite including bedroom, dressing room and en-suite, spans the entire top floor.
For those looking for a larger property, the Whittle offers 1,398 sq ft of carefully considered accommodation.
The living room is at the front, with a combined kitchen, dining and family room opening out on to the rear garden. There’s also a handy cloakroom/utility.
Upstairs, there are four good-sized bedrooms, one with en-suite, plus the family bathroom.
Homes at Eagles Green include electric vehicle charging points, with heating and hot water provided via air source heat pumps.
The master plan for the wider Omega scheme, of which Eagles Green is part, includes a two-form entry primary school, 35-acre country park and a commercial hub. These are all complete and operational providing excellent amenities for residents.
The wider area includes four parks and a number of schools and colleges. Warrington town centre is less than 15-minutes’ drive away from Eagles Green, while easy access to the M62 makes it a great base for commuting to Liverpool and Manchester.
