Owning an energy-efficient new build home in Warrington could cost less than you think.

We’re working with Warrington Borough Council to make homeownership easier to afford for local people. We’re offering a 20% discount on selected new homes at Eagles Green, subject to eligibility criteria. There are two schemes available – one exclusively for first-time buyers. Both give qualifying purchasers the opportunity to secure a new home for just 80% of the market value.

How to own a new build home at a discounted price

Option 1: Affordable sale

We have 12 homes at Eagles Green available for “affordable sale”. These two and three-bedroom properties are being sold at 80% of the market value, subject to criteria.

You could be eligible if:

· You live or work in Warrington

· This will be your sole residence

· You don’t own or part own any other property

· You haven’t willingly sold a property within the previous 3 years

Option 2: Discount market units – first-time buyers only

We understand that buying your first home is a big step. To help make it easier to afford, we’re selling selected one, two and three-bedroom homes at Eagles Green for sale at 80% of the market value, subject to criteria. There will be 15 homes available under the scheme, priced up to £250,000.

This scheme is open to:

· First-time buyers

· Aged between 23 and 40

· If joint owners, one person must comply with the above

These schemes are available at Eagles Green and selected plots only, subject to status and availability.

These schemes cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentives.

Subject to terms and conditions, eligible purchasers can secure a new home at 80% of the market value.

Purchasers must be over 18 years of age, for the “affordable sale” homes, and aged 23 – 40 for the “discount to market” homes.

Purchasers are required to pay the standard reservation fee for the selected plot.

Anwyl reserves the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time. Under both schemes, the discount must remain in perpetuity if the homeowner decides to sell the property in the future.
