Whatever your style, you’ll find interior inspiration in one of Anwyl’s new show homes at The Fairways in Handforth – and one of Cheshire’s most popular home and lifestyle bloggers agrees. Professionally designed and styled by Cheshire-based Lifestyle Interiors, the three new properties have also been given the seal of approval by blogger and Instagram influencer ML Hudson. ML, whose Instagram account [@keepme4ever\_thehudsonhome](https://www.instagram.com/keepme4ever_thehudsonhome/?hl=en) has over 43,000 followers, visited the show homes for an exclusive appointment ahead of the launch and quickly picked up on their unique styling and attention to detail. > “What an absolute treat it was to have a look around these beautiful Anwyl show homes at The Fairways in Handforth,” she said. “The attention to detail for each room was exquisite. From the wall colour, decor, layout, upholstery and furnishings, each home flowed, showcasing each interior space within these stunning homes. Such talent on show, great build quality and a true professional look at the wonderful world of interiors and house building. I am now a converted new build home fan!” Gemma Schofield, managing director of Lifestyle Interiors, explained that each home was given a different look to appeal to a varied target market. > “The concept for the four-bedroom Oakmere was simplicity”, says Gemma. “Using neutral light tones we have created a luxurious home without using too much colour. We concentrated on texture to bring detail into the scheme along with accents of burnt gold.” The property includes a home office, which has become a must-have feature for many homebuyers now working from home longer-term. Gemma and her team have cleverly created a multi-functional space which doubles as a media and sports room, helping everyone to adapt to our new lifestyles where more leisure time is being spent at home. > “The four-bedroom detached Cheltenham is light, bright and on-trend,” Gemma says. “It has a real Scandi feel to it and we’ve used lots of white, texture, marble and accent metals including brass. The open-plan kitchen and dining area features a breakfast bar and sofa area and really is the room that does everything. We’ve created luxury and warmth in the room with Arte gold wallpaper in a textured 3D pattern. The first floor features a guest bedroom and a bee-themed children’s room, inspired by the Manchester bee. The main bedroom is a haven of space with a super king-size bed and dressing table area creating the feel of an exclusive hotel room. In the five-bedroom Bowden we’ve used calming tonal hues of taupes, stone and grey throughout, with pops of antique brass, rich navy velvets and warm walnut woods to create a sense of high-end luxury. Again the main bedroom is a huge space and bedroom two has been designed as a guest bedroom; both feature an en-suite and a hotel feel to the styling. Bedroom four includes a hand-painted space mural created by our specialist mural artist, while bedroom five has been transformed into a study, with textured leather wallpaper.” All three show homes are now open to view by appointment only. The Fairways is located in the small town of Handforth, in the sought after SK9 postcode. With its village feel, the location offers a lifestyle with easy access to green spaces, independent shops, restaurants and essential amenities, while also being within easy reach of Manchester city centre by road and rail.
