Chorlton community invited to apply for a share of £5,000

Written by Anwyl Homes | 3 Nov 2025

Good causes in Chorlton are being encouraged to apply for a share of our £5,000 Love From Anwyl community fund.

We’re offering the voluntary funding pot linked to our Dalton Fields development, off Wilbraham Road in Chorlton, Manchester.

Phoebe Davies, head of regional marketing at Anwyl Homes, explained: “We’re excited to launch Love From Anwyl in Chorlton as we continue to build our Dalton Fields development. We’ve just welcomed our first homeowners, so this is our way of giving something back locally. We’re inviting applications from community groups, charities, schools and not-for-profit organisations that are making a real difference in Chorlton.”

The Love From Anwyl Chorlton fund will total £5,000. The first phase opens on November 3rd, with the deadline for applications on November 28th.

Phoebe added: “We’re keen to support a wide range of projects that benefit the local area, whether that’s helping a foodbank, funding equipment for a youth group or school, supporting environmental initiatives or enabling community events. In other areas, Love From Anwyl has provided musical instruments for schools, improved facilities for local groups, funded work experience placements and supported activities for adults with learning disabilities.”

Love From Anwyl is a voluntary initiative run in connection with the 65 new homes being built at Dalton Fields.

It’s in addition to other community contributions we’ve already committed to as part of the development, including almost £558,000 towards local sports and playing field provision.
